Review your flashcards using spaced repetition — every card you review correctly banks real minutes you can spend on the apps you've chosen to restrict.
Go to Settings inside the app and use Apple's Screen Time picker to choose which apps require scroll time to unlock. FlashScroll never sees which specific apps you pick.
Subscriptions are billed and managed entirely through Apple. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel your FlashScroll subscription.
Open FlashScroll → Settings → Delete Account. This immediately and permanently removes your folders, flashcards, study history, and any uploaded notes. See our Privacy Policy for details on what we store.
